Caribbean mango chow is a great dish to pass around at a party or can be used as an accompaniment for curry or other dishes. Perfect for any parties or events you are having. You can make this as hot / mild as you like by using more or less pepper.

Trinidad Mango Chow Recipe

Ingredients

2 half-ripe mangoes peeled and chunked

2 cloves garlic crushed

1/4 cup chopped coriander

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and adjust seasoning to taste.

2. Instead of mangoes you could use half ripe peaches/nectarines,cucumbers,granny smith apples,carambola(star fruit),green guavas or any crunchy sour fruit
