Our words cannot express enough our gratitude for the outstanding work that Sharon, Ian and team provided for our wedding day. The food was impeccable, everyone was so pleased. Sharon said she would never cook with ingredients that she wouldn’t give her family and it’s so true! Their food is  for the soul, nourishment for the mind and sustenance for the heart as it brings people together. They are so professional and accommodating , and helped our wedding day go so smoothly. We can’t recommend them enough, whenever we need a food for a function Trini Catering will be our go to.

We used Trini Catering for the second time for my inlaws 40th wedding anniversary. Our experience was seamless from choosing the menu and discussing what catering staff we will have on the day. We had a few adjustments that were accommodated with ease. On the day of the event, Trini served canapés to our guests and then prepped for the main buffet dinner. The food was hot for our guests and several gave positive compliments. At the end of the evening Trini supported us with packing leftovers that are guests were able to take home. Sharon and Ian were brilliant. From our first tasting in their home to serving our wedding guests on that day, they were easy to talk to, professional and the food was exceptional. A week after our wedding, and guests are still contacting us to ask if Trini Caribbean Catering have a restaurant that they can visit. Everyone went up for seconds. The food was outstanding, the pricing extremely reasonable and the service top tier. We're thinking of planning another party just so we can hire them again!
