BBQ Catering in London, Essex and South East
As Caribbean caterers, we infuse all our meats and fish with our unique special marinades. While barbecuing, we baste the meat with either a BBQ or Jerk marinade to enhance the flavours. We exclusively use charcoal to ensure that every bite has that incredible smoky BBQ taste. Our menu features a variety of delicious options, including jerk chicken, jerk pork, BBQ pork belly, BBQ chicken, and quarter pounder burgers. Each dish is crafted to bring the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean to your plate.

We offer two types of service: self-service, where guests serve themselves, and buffet waiter service, where our staff will serve your guests.
Insurance and Certification
We have all the required certificates and insurance that your venue will need. Our staff are fully trained and have completed food hygiene training. We are also inspected by Epping Forest Council and have a 5 star rating for food hygiene.
