That’s why we offer authentic, tasty, and delicious Caribbean cuisine, perfect for your Caribbean wedding catering needs. Our extensive experience ensures that we serve your guests with a smile, making your celebration truly unforgettable.

Trini Caribbean Catering will work closely with you to design the perfect menu for your wedding day. As part of our Caribbean Wedding Catering service, we will invite you to taste your requested menu to ensure you are completely happy with your choices. This session will give you a chance to meet with us, make any tweaks to your menu, and ultimately get excited about your wedding day!

Service Types

Buffet Self Service

We bring the hot food to the event in our Thermal Boxes and then load everything into our chafing dishes which keeps the delicious food hot for several hours.

Buffet Waiter Service

We deliver hot food to your event in our Thermal Boxes, ensuring it stays warm. Once there, we transfer the food into our chafing dishes, which maintain the heat for several hours.

Our professional and friendly staff will then serve our Caribbean Cuisine to your guests from behind the dishes.

Wedding Taster

The cost of a taster is £50 for 2 people with £15 per additional person. For more information on tasters please visit our Wedding Tasting Page.

Our Standards

Our staff are highly trained and friendly and will provide you and your guests with a friendly and professional service. We’re passionate about what we do, and we strive to enhance your wedding day through the common love of great food. We use only the best quality ingredients and truly cook from the heart.

Insurance and Certification

We have all the required certificates and insurance that your venue will need. Our staff are fully trained and have completed food hygiene training. We are also inspected by Epping Forest Council and have a 5 star rating for food hygiene. Food Safety Agency Rating Link

Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware

To make things easier for you, we also offer additional services, including the hire of items such as cutlery, china, glassware, tablecloths, and napkins.

We collaborate with several local suppliers to take the stress out of organizing your event. We can arrange for delivery directly to your venue.

We used Trini Catering for the second time for my inlaws 40th wedding anniversary. Our experience was seamless from choosing the menu and discussing what catering staff we will have on the day. We had a few adjustments that were accommodated with ease. On the day of the event, Trini served canapés to our guests and then prepped for the main buffet dinner. The food was hot for our guests and several gave positive compliments. At the end of the evening Trini supported us with packing leftovers that are guests were able to take home. Thank you again for making our evening memorable.

Sharon and Ian were brilliant. From our first tasting in their home to serving our wedding guests on that day, they were easy to talk to, professional and the food was exceptional. A week after our wedding, and guests are still contacting us to ask if Trini Caribbean Catering have a restaurant that they can visit. Everyone went up for seconds. The food was outstanding, the pricing extremely reasonable and the service top tier. We're thinking of planning another party just so we can hire them again! And really suggest that everyone else does too!
