Our food will arrive at your venue hot and can be kept hot using our chafing dishes . Like we’ve already mentioned, we can provide our expert staff to serve at your party or you can let your guests serve themselves if you wish. Also if there are leftovers, our food is so tasty you’ll have people queuing up to take them home!
Service Types
Buffet Self Service
We bring the hot food to the event in our Thermal Boxes and then load everything into our chafing dishes which keeps the delicious food hot for several hours.
Buffet Waiter Service
We deliver hot food to your event in our Thermal Boxes, ensuring it stays warm. Once there, we transfer the food into our chafing dishes, which maintain the heat for several hours.
Our professional and friendly staff will then serve our Caribbean Cuisine to your guests from behind the dishes.
Insurance and Certification
We have all the required certificates and insurance that your venue will need. Our staff are fully trained and have completed food hygiene training. We are also inspected by Epping Forest Council and have a 5 star rating for food hygiene.
Party Hire
To make things easier for you, we also provide additional services including the hire of items, such as cutlery, chinaware, glassware, tablecloths and napkins.
We work with several supplier across London, Essex and Hertfordshire to provide everything you need for your event.
Delivery & Food
As Caribbean & West Indian caterers, we specialise in many traditional, authentic and popular West Indian, Jamaican and Trinidadian dishes like Escovitch Fish, Macaroni Pie, Curried Goat. In addition, we also offer tasty Stewed Chicken, Rice and Peas, Dhal Puri Roti and much, much more.
