Trinidad Pepper Shrimp is a quick and east to make and tastes really good. This dish takes about 15 – 20 minutes to make. Perfect for a midweek meal.

Ingredients:
- 2lbs prawns tail on
- 2 tsp salt
- 6 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 tsp fresh chopped chilli peppers
- 1/2 cup onions cut in large chunks
- Sweet peppers optional Sauce
- 2 Tbsp a Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 4tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
- mixture of 1/2 cup water 2tbsp dry wine or rum
- 4 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp cornflour
Method:
- 1. Put all the biscuits into a strong plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin until they look like fine breadcrumbs. Tip into a mixing bowl.
